BadgerLink's suite of magazine and newspaper databases is a wonderful source of Health and Medical full-text articles. These databases are available in the library and to Wisconsin residents with Internet access. Go to BadgerLink and select Consumer Health Complete.

DrugDigest is a noncommercial, evidence-based, consumer health and drug information site dedicated to empowering consumers to make informed choices about drugs and treatment options. Two helpful features are "Check Interactions" where you can check potential interactions between two or more drugs and "Compare Drugs" where you can compare drugs used to treat various conditions.

KidsHealth is the largest and most visited site on the Web providing doctor-approved health information about children from before birth through adolescence.

WebMD is a medical and wellness information service which provides health information, an interactive "symptom checker", pharmacy information, topical blogs by physicians, and a place to store personal medical information. The site receives information from accredited individuals and is checked for accuracy by a medical review board consisting of 4 physicians.
